The latest updates for Pogoplug Companion are now available both on upgrade and at pogoplug.com/downloads. We’ve made some big fixes in this version, and we hope you’re as psyched about the new and improved Companion as we are.

The following are the changes in this build:
- Enhanced error reporting in the Companion UI (see which files couldn’t be backed up)
- Enhanced backup reporting in the Companion UI (see which file is currently backed up, and view its backup progress)
- Fixed a bug where large amounts of files wouldn’t display in the restore tab
- Restore tab is now hidden when the clicked on twice
- Restore is now successful after a previously canceled restore of the same file
- Windows 8 compatibility for Pogoplug Drive
- Pogoplug Drive now unmounts on signout on Windows 8
- Fixed a bug with login on some Windows configurations
- Can now sign in using the Enter/Return key on Windows
- User name and password fields are now properly labeled
- Companion software no longer tries to back up if there are no Pogoplug services online
- Unlimited Clouds are now displayed as such in Preferences
- Fixed graphical errors in Preferences on Windows XP
- Upgrading from previous version now remembers login information
- Companion window no longer opens automatically when logging in on Mac
